Tata's Nano at Geneva Motor Show

Let's be very politically incorrect: millions of Indians will get one very cute family car, and the world will get more pollution, more CO2 emissions, more demand for fossil fuels. And don't forget that when the catalytic converter fails and it's not replaced, emissions will increase fivefold.

Well, as long as you do not criticise the thousands of Luxembourg's upper class drivers sitting in their Q7s and other Cayennes gulping gallons of Queue-8 at their crawl to work, your statement is not that politically incorrect at all in this country. ;)

You're perfectly right, Georges, and that's why I fell bad saying something that can be understood as disapproval, or criticism to the legitimate right of every Indian family to have a car. Anyhow, I do criticise the thousands of Luxembourg's upper class drivers sitting in their Q7s and other Cayennes gulping gallons of Queue-8 at their crawl to work. (I have a special thing against Q7s, I don't know why). I hope that the extra pollution will help developing India, which is a very promising country. About SUV drivers, let's not mix "upper" and "class", because those two things normally don't go together... :)
